Boarding Policy
We totally get that plans change! Here’s what to know when booking with us:
Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your pets stay.

The deposit will be applied to your total balance due at check out.
Cancelations

Cancellations made at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the scheduled boarding date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less that 14 days before the scheduled boarding date will forfeit the 50% deposit.
Rescheduling

Rescheduling request made at least 14 days in advance will be accommodated free of charge, subject to availability.

Rescheduling within 14 days of the scheduled boarding date will include a rescheduling fee (your 50% deposit).
Changes

You can shorten your stay at least 14 days prior to the scheduled boarding date free of charge.

Shortening your stay within the 14 days of boarding you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled stay/ dates reserved.
