Lake Farm Kennels, Inc. Vaccination Policy
We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations prior to a boarding, grooming, or daycare reservation.
It is the Owner's responsibility to obtain and keep track of these records. We will not accept a pet into our facility without current vaccinations.
(Please be mindful of waiting periods for any new or expired shots.)

Vaccination Requirements
For our Canine guests we require the Rabies, Distemper, Canine Influenza, and Bordetella Vaccinations.

Please Note -

We require your dog to have the
Bordetella Vaccination 10-14 days before lodging if this is a new or expired vaccination.

The Canine Influenza comes in a 2 part series when initially given. A booster is provided 3 weeks after the first vaccine.

Rabies vaccinations must be given 30 days prior to arrival if these are a new vaccination (or expired longer than
3 months).
***Canine Influenza (not to be confused with Parainfluenza) will be shown on your records as "Canine Influenza H2N8/H2N3" or "Canine Bivalent Influenza".
For Cats we require the Rabies and Feline Distemper vaccinations.
